December is already upon us and we are still working our way through the Thanksgiving leftovers!!

We are back from the International Mead Festival in Boulder, CO where our Mead won a bronze medal in a competition of over 90 meads from seven countries! It was a great time and we met many wonderful people from across the US and Europe.

It has been a very busy fall but we have good supplies of most wines in stock.

:: RECIPE OF THE MONTH: MULLED WINE ::

A traditional holiday favorite.

(3) 750 milliliter bottles of Wine
Juice of one Orange
1/2 tsp. each of; Nutmeg, Cinnamon and powdered Clove
2 tablespoons whole Cloves
Sweeten with Honey or Brown sugar to taste.

In a large saucepan over very low heat, combine the following and heat until sufficiently warm being careful not to overheat.
