Gift Certificates Policy
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expiration date does not apply in any states where prohibited by law.
Gift certificates must be redeemed at Pirtle Winery or through the pirtlewinery.com website toward the purchase of products displayed at the winery or orderable in the pirtlewinery.com online store.
Gift certificates may not be used to purchase gift certificates.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
